Shipping & Handling:

We ship USPS Flat Rate, Priority Mail and UPS Ground Service within 1-2 days of orders placed; Domestic Shipping Only. You will receive an e-mail when your order is shipped. Please allow delivery of 3-7 days, once it leaves our facility.

Return Policy:

We are confident you will be pleased with our products, as we strive to procure a commitment to providing the highest quality oils & skincare products. However, occasionally, there may be circumstances beyond our control, for example, broken, damaged items or we erred & placed the wrong product in your shipment; for times such as these, please E-Mail us immediately within 24 hours of receiving your order, explaining the nature of the order, including photos. Of course we will resolve this issue for you in a timely manner as soon as possible, at no cost to you.

NO RETURNS will be accepted or credited for any reason without prior authorization. Shipping & Handling charges are never refundable.

Once our products have left our facility, we are unable to resell them due to reasons of Quality Control. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns for any reason, except as described above, in case of our error, with prior authorization. In addition, because of the Natural Ingredients we use in our products, color and scent variations often occur; this does not warrant a return, as it does not change the characteristic properties.

With reference to Custom Blends & Products: Returns are not accepted for any reason once the custom products have been formulated.

If for any reason you find it necessary to change or cancel your order, please contact us via telephone within 30 minutes of placing the order. After that time, we will not be able to make any changes.
