Shipping & Handling:

We ship USPS Flat Rate, Priority Mail and UPS Ground Service; Domestic Shipping Only. Pure Essential Oils & Synergistic Blends are shipped UPS Ground Transportation due to their flammable nature. If you are placing an order which includes Pure Essential Oils and/or Synergistic Blends, the order will be shipped UPS Ground Service; all other orders will be shipped U.S. Priority Mail. You will receive an e-mail when your order is shipped. Please allow 1-3 days for Priority Mail shipping and 1-7 days for UPS, once it leaves our facility.

Return Policy:

We are confident you will be pleased with our products, as they are created with great care and love, along with using some of the finest natural botanical & aromatic ingredients. However, occasionally, there may be circumstances beyond our control, for example, broken, damaged items or the wrong product placed in your shipment; for times such as these, please E-Mail us immediately, explaining the nature of the order. Of course we will resolve this issue for you in a timely manner as soon as possible, at no cost to you.

If upon receipt of the order you realize you made a mistake in your ordering selections, for example, you wanted facial serum and ordered facial cream, we will accept returns of UNOPENED products, although we must charge a 25% restocking fee. You must first notify Divine Chalice Botanicals immediately of the problem with the order, prior to returning it. NO RETURNS will be accepted or credited for any reason without prior authorization. Shipping & Handling charges are never refundable.

However, once one of our products has been opened, we are unable to resell it due to reasons of Quality Control. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns of any opened products for any reason, except as described above, in case of our error, with prior authorization. In addition, because of the Natural Ingredients we use in our products, color and scent variations often occur; this does not warrant a return, as it does not change the characteristic properties.

With reference to Custom Blends & Products: Returns are not accepted for any reason once the custom products have been formulated.

If for any reason you find it necessary to change or cancel your order, please contact us via telephone within 30 minutes of placing the order. After that time, we will not be able to make any changes.
